Our story

A community high street, since 1979.

Kippax Fair has spent four decades growing alongside the families of Holt. A true local centre, by locals, for locals.

Built to serve the new suburb of Holt in the late 1970s, Kippax Fair grew from a handful of essential stores into one of Belconnen's most loved neighbourhood centres. Generations of families have done their weekly shop here, met for coffee after school pick-up, and trusted the same butcher, pharmacist or hairdresser for decades.

Today, more than thirty independent and national businesses call Kippax Fair home. From an artisan bakery sourcing flour direct from North Star to a family-run alterations atelier helping clothes live longer, every tenant adds something distinct.

We're proud to remain genuinely local. A place where the staff know your name, the parking is easy and the morning coffee is poured with care. The friendly alternative to the big centres, serving Holt, Macgregor, Higgins, Latham, Florey and Flynn.

Local first

Independent businesses sit at the heart of the centre's mix.

Genuinely welcoming

A centre built around community, not a corporate playbook.

Beautifully everyday

Considered design and care, applied to the ordinary.
